Latshaw Real Estate was founded in January, 1975, by Robert E. Latshaw, Jr. The company grew from its original five associates through the decades to become one of the most knowledgeable and professional real estate services organizations in Maryland.
Bob Latshaw was awarded by the National Association of Realtors, the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation upon his completion of his documented successful real estate transaction history and over two hundred hours of course work including subjects such as real estate valuation, real estate marketing and real estate investment and tax analysis.
Respected by his peers for his knowledge, professionalism and leadership, Bob Latshaw was named the Great Baltimore as well as the Maryland State Realtor of the Year in 1982. He was also elected to serve as President of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors in 1981.
Prior to the commencement of his real estate career, Bob Latshaw served in the Maryland General Assembly as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates representing the Towson area from 1970 to 1974. He also during that period served as the Vice President of The Johns Hopkins Hospital real estate management subsidiary, the Broadway Management Corporation.
