Latshaw Commercial Real Estate was founded in January 1975 by Robert “Bob” E. Latshaw, Jr. What began with five associates has grown into one of Maryland’s most respected commercial brokerage firms. Our team’s experience, professionalism, and integrity have built a reputation that continues to earn client trust today.
Excellence in Leadership
Before starting his real estate career, Bob Latshaw served in the Maryland General Assembly as a member of the House of Delegates from 1970 to 1974. He also held the position of Vice President at Broadway Management Corporation, a real estate management subsidiary of Johns Hopkins Hospital.His leadership and contributions to the real estate community have been widely recognized. In 1982, he was named REALTOR® of the Year for Greater Baltimore and the State of Maryland. The previous year, he served as President of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®.
Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM)
Bob Latshaw earned the CCIM designation through the National Association of REALTORS®. This certification requires over 200 hours of coursework and proven transaction experience in valuation, investment, marketing, and tax analysis.
